Final evaluation for English

Watching my portfolio I can see a that I have improved my level of English since September 2006 to June 2008. I can see it in connectors and in the vocabulary. I have learned a lot of new vocabulary.
I think that the activities that show us our level of English are the Oral Presentations because with them you can use a lot of connectors and a lot of vocabulary.
The most useful activities are Oral presentations, because with them you learn to express better in English and the internet news, because they help us to know more new vocabulary.
The activities that were not very useful in my opinion are doing the gramar book and dooing the blog, because with them you don't learn to express in Esnglish and I think that it's the most important thing.

The president of the United States, George Bush,and his wife have visited Israel for it's 60th anniversary.
They have arrived today in the airport of Tel-Aviv and the Prime Minister of Israel have recived them. It have been a special visit because EEUU was the first country that recognized the State of Israel 60 years ago, have said the Minister.After this George Bush has met with the president of Israel.

Video new: Spain car bomb kills policeman

The reporteer explain us that last wednesday, at three o'clock on the morning a spanish policeman had been killed and three people had been injured for the explosion of a car bomb in Basque country. The explosion took place on a Guardia Civil's barrack. Spain socialists, who had won the elections two months ago, have said that the culprits of the attempt are ETA.

Joan: Moreover I'm waitting for the vet because I have three cows ill.

Blai: Don't worry, I'm sure they are pregnant and they will have a milk cow.

Joan: It's probably because they don't eat since two days.

Women on high positions like Chscón can't have a maternity leave

This year in Spain general elections had been celebrate. PSOE, led by José Luis Rodriguez Zapatero hsve won it. The president have decided to do a governament team formed by five women and four men. It's the first time in the history that there are more women than men in the governament.
Carme Chacón have ocuped one of tha most important Ministery. The Ministery for Defense.
Nowadays she is pregnant and a lot of people say that women on high positons can't have a maternity leave.
In my opinion she must have the freedom of decided it but she wouldn't have a maternity leave because four months without Minister for Defense are a lot of months.
There is a lot of arguments to defensed it.
Chacón has a high position but she must has the same freedom of decided that the other women.
An argument to defensed that she wouldn't have the maternity leave is that her husbarnd can have the paternity leave.
In conclusion women who have a high position must have the same freedom to decided that other women but she would think in their job because it's very important

Time to decide

This year general elections will be celebrate in Spain. There are eleven parties in Spanish congress but the majority of the members of there are from PSOE (partido socialista obrero español) led by the actual president, José Luis Rodriguez Zapatero and from PP (Partido Popular) led by Mariano Rajoy.
Before the last general elections in 2004, the PP held power with an absolute majority, but since 2004 PSOE are governing.
